The central location of this place is amazing, and I enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant with delicious food during my 5-night stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Panorama Haveli. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old City. My triple room with a lake view was amazing, and the terrace outside was a great place to relax. The food at the restaurant, especially the Kadai paneer and veg chow mein, was delicious. The staff was super helpful and the laundry service was top-notch. I got more than I expected for the price I paid.

The receptionist forgot to return my ID card, but it was not entirely his fault. However, it would be better if they returned the ID right after check-in instead of waiting until checkout.
